Then presented by Mrs Kirk to the US Geological Survey library, Denver, in 1956. Contents nr. fine. Spine of original covers carefully reinforced, covers lightly chipped. Thor. vg. softback. Along with an accurate transcription of the 12 lectures, including illustrations, given by Professor Agassiz, this work includes a 4-page article entitled �The Principles of Zoology� by Louis Agassiz and Augustus A. Gould.
