First edition; 6" x 9"; pp. iii-ix, [1], 1-181 including text to last page; original glossy pictorial wraps; full-page b & w illustrations; very minor wear to covers; near fine. Signed with a lengthy inscription by author to title page. Robert Milne has been arguably one of the most beloved ragtime pianists. He has also written numerous poems. In "Turtle Lake" he writes about an extortion story which "could easily have happened.
