Original half calf over marbled boards, gilt-stamped spine and dark brown leather spine label. gilt "Medical Society S. C." stamped along upper cover; spine placed with blue kozo, showing original spine title, corners showing, old cellophane (or paper) tape applied to inner joints. Very good.
