Volume 1 - contains the World, Europe and Africa. 347 works are catalogued, with 44 plates and illustrations. Volume 2 - contains Asia, Oceania, Antarctica & America. Contains 381 works catalogued and 46 plates and illustrations. xiv, 1-300., xiv, 301-676. pp. 320 by 240 mm (12½ by 9½ inches).
