About This Item
New York: Henry Holt and Company, 1876. Cloth Hardcover. Very Good with no dust jacket. A prior owner has ink-stamped the front free endpaper and four other leaves in the preliminaries; the pages also bear mild age-toning. The binding remains square and secure, the full green cloth cover bearing a few small scratches, lines of surface wear along the shoulders, and minor softening and shelfwear at spine ends and corners, otherwise attractive, with gilt titles and decoration. vi, 349pp.
