In fine condition but for one thing; the printer's ink is sticky, even now, and the pages must be peeled apart. There is no damage but there are ghosts of all type on opposite pages. SIGNED inside front cover by Hieb; also includes an ALS, written on the back of a 'While You Were Out' memo sheet, to Tom Lewis, author of the bibliography 'Storied New Mexico'. Note: a more complete edition of this bibliography was issued in hardcover in 1990.
