Hodder and Stoughton, 1916. Good. First edition. 8vo. Buff cloth boards with black lettering to spine and upper board. Spine ends bruised. Browned top-edge, light spotting to fore- and bottom edges. Browned endpapers, marks to rear endpapers (from a stapled item laid-in, now removed?). P.3 ragged at bottom edge. A good copy of the Cornish novelist and Methodist minister's novel.
