Dust jacket is sunned at the spine, rubbed and edge worn, with a small (1/2") tear near the rear hinge and a small puncture over the front hinge. Signed by the author. Signed and warmly inscribed by Tommy Douglas. Plus additional gift inscription.

Cost of shipping is based on a standard size and weight. If the book you order is bigger or heavier, we might contact you about additional shipping charges which you may choose to accept or decline. Destination also makes a difference. For example, US rates apply to the lower 48 only; additional charges might apply for other locations.
