About This Item
Princeton University Press, 1964. Cloth. Near Fine. A handsome copy of the 1964 edition of Princeton's publication of Alexander Wheelock Thayer's 2 vol. "Life of Beethoven". Both volumes clean and Near Fine in their russet cloth, with bright gilt-titling along the spines. Just a touch of light foxing to the fore-edges, otherwise very clean. Thick octavos, the set revised and edited by Elliot Forbes. Also includes the publsher's printed slipcase, which is solid and VG+ but shows a bit of light rubbing at the rear panel and bumping to the front panel's lower-tip. Still though, very presentable and well-preserved.
