A fine and attractive engraved title-page with scoll and plain typefaces. The upper right hand corner has the amazing instruction 'burn these voluntaries' in a light neat pencil hand. Luckily nobody followed the insructions!! . Original Edition. Disbound Copy. Fine. oblong folio.
