Very Good, tight square binding, fraying and chipping to edges of spine and corners, some soiling, fading, small staining to boards, foxing throughout, some dampstaining and horizontal creasing running through front leaves. Fourth Edition of this scarce masonic text, quite scarce in any of its early editions, and bearing the bookplate of Lewis G. Lockward, the first mayor of Caldwell, NJ (birthplace of Grover Cleveland).
