London: Baldwin and Cradock, 1832. Leather. Very Good. 1832-1833. 18 volumes.small 8vo. Bound in three quarter calf over red and brown marbled boards. Top edges gilt, marbled endpapers. Gilt decorated spine compartments, volume number on a leather circular on-lay, date stamp to spine foot of each, with two leather spine labels in dark brown. Light rubbing to the spines of some volumes, two or three volumes in particular with heavier rubbing at the spine heads, board corners lightly rubbed, but overall a very presentable set in great condition, clean outside in throughout. Each volume with a tissue guarded frontispiece and vignette title-page. Binding by TOUT, signed Tout Binder in each volume. Nice uncommon set, published during the author's life time.
