Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1926. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine in Very Good DJ. First edition stated (G-A code), near fine blue cloth hardcover shows touch of soil and shelf wear to covers including mild rubbing at edges, bit of toning to endpapers and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows clip to all four corners of inner flaps, mild rubbing at spine and fore edges, fading along spine that remains readable, soiling, and edgewear that includes couple of tiny open chips and closed tears. 228 pages "with over 100 illustrations from photographs taken by the author and drawings by Frank E. Phares. Still a pleasing copy in original jacket of this work that continues the narrative of the earlier Tales of Virgin Seas and shares Grrey's experiences in New Zealand.
