"Fifty copies of this Keepsake were printed by John Balkwill and Greg Peterson ... under the direction of Gabriel Rummonds who kindly traveled to the Lake to instruct in the use of the presses ... Copies one through twenty were printed on dampened Magnani handmade paper, and copies twenty-one through fifty were printed on Frankfurt White." Not found in OCLC.
