Reno: University of Nevada Press. A very good plus copy inscirbed in ink by the author on the blank free endpaper "To ____ With regars margaret M. Wheat Tonopah, Nev. Nov. 1, 1975." The endpapers have phto-corners mounted on them and two photos are contained here to put back in the holders once examined by purchaser. both photos in full color about 5" W x 7" long. The author is shown signing books at an event wearing a squash-blossom necklace the back is signed in red ink with a statement of being taken in November of 1975 at the Nevada Archaeological Association in Tonopah. The second photos is different but similar being signed as well and noting Don fowler in the photo as well as another unidentified man at the 'NAA meeting Nov. 1, 1975. The contents are fascinating showing how the Paiutes made houses, clothing, baskets, fishing tools, and other materials through successive and succeeding photographs.
