London: The Scientific Book Club, 1974. Cloth. Fine/Very Good. Translated from French by Denver Lindley. Foreword by Werner Von Braun. Slightly smaller book, fine red cloth, creased at bottom front tip, gilt lettering and logo very bright on spine, red inside covers and adjacent end papers, 269 lightly browned heavy pages. DJ beneath mylar, a colorful illustration of submarine and cartoonish fish at bottom of ocean on front and spine, white back slightly and uniformly browned with Book Club selections. DJ has very slight surface wear at top front tip, microtear at bottom front tip, tiny creases too, spine very slightly faded, micronick at top back tip. Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
