Longmans, 1963. 1st Edition. Hardcover. NF/VG+. 1st Edition. 13.6 x 20.2 cm green boards with gilt stamped titles to the spine, 239[1]pp. With original unclipped jacket priced at 21/- net. Clean boards with bright titles and firm sharp corners. Internally there is no name, inscription or book plate and just a touch of spotting to the top edge of the text block. The dust jacket, which is now protected in a removable clear cover (not shown), is a little toned with a touch of dust staining to the rear cover and a little rubbing to the corners and head of the spine. There is a tiny 5mm closed tear to the top edge of the front board. A lovely copy.
