Original heavy green cloth with ornate designs in blind to front and rear boards and in gilt to spines. Splendid copies; tight, bright and very neat. Printed on laid paper with George Moore watermark. Cream colored dust jackets with lettering and designs in black and green are mildly toned to spine panels, a little rubbed at spine ends but remain clean and fresh. $20 issue price intact on unclipped front flap. Prior owner has carefully reinforced the spine ends with application of short lengths of transparent tape to the reverse surface of the jackets. Very small prior owner surname stamp has been unobtrusively placed in the gutter, lower edge of the dedication page. No other prior ownership indications or marks. Lacking slipcase.
