Set in the author's native Liverpool, this novel follows Alix Rebick, and Joseph Shields. Te two characters, on separate sides of the globe, have their own journey to come to terms with the flawed truths of their own middle-aged lives and are therefore forced to confront the consequences of the choices they made long ago. Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
