London: T Werner Laurie, no date [c. 1912]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 12cm), xii, 250pp, 10pp adverts. Frontispiece, plates. Library binding of blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine. This book was formerly in a reference library, with occasional stamps and labels, and there is light foxing to the edges of the text block, but this book is nonetheless in good to very good condition overall.
