About This Item
London: Longman, Brown, Green, and Longmans, 1846. Decorative Cloth. Very Good. An appealing copy of the 1846 2nd edition, complete in 2 vols. Both volumes tight and VG in their green cloth, with bright gilt-titling along the spines and decorative blindstamping at the panels. Light fading to the spines, mild wear along the spine ends. Light spotting and scuffing as well to several covers but, still, solid and presentable. And internally, very clean, with no writing or markings to speak of. Uniform octavos, publisher's advertisements at the rear of volume II.
