Contains black and white illustrations throughout. Pages are bright, with tanning and foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean and slight bow. Unclipped jacket has moderate surface wear, with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing to spine ends, edges and corners. Lightly tanned overall.
