The contents include introduction, seventeen chapters, glossary and index(which has been an addition to this edition), a list of figures is provided and again - a change has been made - two additional figures have been added. Deep olive green boards, gilt to spine. Book shows corner bumping and edgewear to upper back panel. No ownership markings. Corner torn off page 19-20 ( does not affect text). Some foxing to rear endpapers. Book is solid, gilt bright, and complete.. Third and Revised Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
