About This Item
Los Angeles, CA: Cowman Publications. Good+. 1958. Paperback. One page has previous owner notations in ink. Cover shows normal wear, color rubbed off corners of front cover. This title is a compilation of articles on contemporary revival, as a volume to prepare churches for follow up to the 1958 Billy Graham crusade. Four of the six contributors were local pastors in the San Francisco Bay Area. This should not be confused with Wirt's 1986 publication by the same title, which is an overview of 18th century theologians. ; Contributors include: Rev. Robert Boyd Munger, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Berkeley; Rev. Wesley Nelson, Pastor of First Mission Covenant Church, Oakland; Rev. Robert Ross, Professor of Church History at Simpson College, San Francisco. .
