Slightly smaller book, darker green cloth with elaborate gilt design around gilt title on top front, stain at pages' bottom edge near spine, gilt lettering dulled on spine, covers lightly soiled--treated, ink note on first front end paper, inside back cover badly soiled--treated, 468 lightly browned pages. DJ heavy paper, dark brown background with color-illustration of lake scene at top front left, small b/w photo of McFee at top back right, white back slightly browned and very slightly soiled. DJ has tiny tear and slight wear to top front tip, very slight wear to bottom front tip, microtear at top front edge near spine, micronick at bottom front edge, microtears and light wear to spine top edge, micronicks and light wear to spine bottom edge, micronick and tiny crease at bottom back edge. DJ and book, Near Good.
