Binding dust soiled, paper spine label discoloured, corners and edges worn. Text block a little foxed. Loosely enclosed are several newspaper cuttings relating to Melville / Moby Dick and a t.l.s. from Michael Sadleir giving this copy to Philip Gosse ( 'Send it back if you've got one & don't want it' ). The letter on Sadleir's Orange Street headed notepaper. Edition limited to 1500 copies only. 195 pages, facs. letter, plates, index. Approx. size 10" by 7". Quantity Available: 1.
