(42),252 pp. (should be 254 pp., last leaf lacks). Some traces of use, but internally fairly good. Second edition. The first published 1661. - Fulton No. 42: "The Style of the Scriptures, the first of his devotional works, is a remarkable forerunner of modern higher criticism which is said to have begin nearly a century later with Astruc (1773)."
