New York: Software, 1965. 4to, 7 leaves, mimeographed from typescript on rectos only on different colors of paper stock, and side-stapled. Addressed and mailed in 1965 to the Gladys Hindmarch.
Fugitive second issue of the little magazine, one of those primitive, gorgeous low-run periodicals such as Floating Bear which were very alive in NYC - with contributions from David Franks, Erik Kiviat, Harry Lewis, Barbara Berman, and J. Kevin Quinn.
Folded once for mailing, with some considerable soiling to cover sheet and an errant pen notation, final leaf detached from upper two staples but still holding to lower. Good only, but scarce in any condition.
