Yellow printed issue wrapper, several chips to spine, top back corners also chipped, edges tanned to brown and rubbed as overlapping text-block., nevertheless clean and better than average for German paper covers of this date. Small sig. 'Erich Roll' to top edge. ix+134; un-tanned, clean and unmarked, just a few slightly dog-eared top corners at end. Erich Roll was an eminent British economist a banker later given peerage as Lord Roll. A previous dealer's informative description of the work is slipped in. The authors first publication mathematically analyzing relationship between prices and welfare economics, laying the basis for value theory. 16.5 cm x 25 cm
