Large book, shiny red cloth, gilt very bright on spine, inside front cover and adjacent end paper illustrated with map of the Atlanta Campaign, illustrated section, maps throughout, 425 pages. DJ has colorful terrifying illustration of burning Atlanta and the exodus through Union lines on front, spine and back. DJ has light wear to front tips, micronick at top front edge, nick and micronick at spine top edge, nick and tiny tear at spine bottom left and right edge, several tiny tears with crease and slight wear along most of top back edge, tiny tear at bottom back edge. Good DJ/Fine+ book.
