Respined with archival tape; title leaf once separated from binding is reattached. Spotting to front and rear pages; title page with small edge chips and one small hole at the top corner; small closed tear to the bottom margin of the first few leaves; contemporary ink inscription is partially trimmed, the portion that remains reads: "with the Author's highest regards." Presumably in the author's hand.
