New York, New York, U.S.A.: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1940. First Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. 1940 Scribner's FIRST EDITION of Sherwood's Pulitzer Prize winning play. A lovely copy in NF/VG ocndition. The amroon baords have virtually no wear save for one nick at the upper right corner. the gilt lettering is still very bright. The DJ is not price clipped with very minor wear along the edgesand a bit of dirt on the rear cover.
