Government Printing Bureau, 1905. Hardcover. Good. Two volumes, a monograph and a map portfolio. Portfolio appears to be missing two maps - twelve fold-out maps in total. Burgundy cloth with gilt titling and decoration, lightly faded to spines, light edgewear. Bookplates at inside front covers of both volumes. Sparse foxing to textblock edges and along creases of foldout maps. Interiors else unmarked.
