Exterior shows edge and corner bumping/wear, spine is chipping along bottom of the and a small hole is located along the front hinge near the top. Light yellow end pages in front and rear, no signatures or bookplates present. Binding is good and tight, no hinge cracks. Foxing is present throughout. The second front free end page appears to have been torn out and is missing. Though the number of end pages are still the same as in the rear of the book. Because of this, the condition grade has been lowered to fair though binding is still strong.
