Piscataway, NJ: New Century Publishers, 1982. Columbia Pictures Premiere edition. Hardcover. Very good/very good. Small quarto, 229pp., illustrated, plus Index. A very good copy in the publisher's reddish cloth. Gently foxed at the extremities, includign the endpapers. In a very good dust jacket, sunned on the spine and with some unnecessary tape repairs to verso. This copy SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Attenborough on the front free endpaper: "To John Marlowe, with best wishes, Richard Attenborough '82." Attenborough produced and directed the 1982 film based on Gandhi's life, and this book is a detailed and well-illustrated memoir of the experience.
