McClelland & Stewart , 1968 11" x 10.75". 235 pp. 221 plates. Inscribed by the artist on the title page, "Jack Shadbolt/with regards". This book has a previous owner's name and address on half title as well as a 3 line gift inscription. Presumed recipient's signature on verso of half title. Furthermore, there is a 5 line note on the title page by the owner on how he or she was "instrumental" in getting Shadbolt to speak to the 1988 Alberta College of Art graduating class. Includes a copy of the 4 page convocation address given by Shadbolt. Gray cloth with gilt spine title and art work on the front board. DJ has some light shelf wear. This book weighs 1.4 kg, extra postage may be requested.
