London: Norway Travel Association, 1953. First Edition. Softcover. Good. 71 p. 21 cm. B&w photos. Stapled. Light wear to spine, crease in bottom front corner, small tear in upper rear cover, some soiling and discolouration. Pages browned.
Photos of anglers, large salmon, some of the rivers and streams described. Statistics on the annual output of salmon and sea trout listed for each river, rod fishing statistics, detailed descritions highlighting a large number of Norwegian salmon rivers, index of rivers. Author was in charge of the official Norwegian tourist office in London. On one of his return trips he visited about 50 salmon rivers and interviewed nearly 200 persons, the information later compiled into this book.
