New York: Edward Burlingame, 1991. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. F/VG, used, hc, creme cloth at spine with copper colored text, creme end papers, 396 pages. Interior clean, pages near bright, binding tight. No wear to dj, no chips or tears but there is the remains of a sticker to the bottom fore-corner of the upper, otherwise I would grade the dj as fine also.
