About This Item
Mills & Boon, Limited, 1910. Hardcover. Very Good. First ed., almost certainly the first printing, with opened pages. Name of former owner on front end page, with "Merton College 1910" the only notation.324 p., plus catalog of 32 p., on fine paper only faintly age-toned and unfoxed. In absence of d.j. (probably issued without) the deep blue boards with still bright gilt lettering and stamped image have light bumping of corners, minimal rubbing at crown and foot of spine. Fascinating anecdotes about the famous alumni of Oxford.
