The front and back covers are adorned with a simple yet elegant gilt border. (Hinges fine, overall slightly scuffed - as shown). All edges gilt. A very beautiful binding.
Content: Near fine content (bright, tight, and clean - as shown).
Illustrations: Complete with the wonderful 7 black and white plates and 16 color plates with tissue guards by Arthur Rackham.
