About This Item
NY: St. Martin's Press; (1991). First Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. First printing of the author's first book, near fine in a near fine dust jacket. The book has a little minor handling wear. The jacket has light wear at the spine ends, a closed, creased tear (about 1/2") at the top of the rear gutter, and a 1" closed tear at the top of the rear panel. A nice copy of this scarce first book in the Gordianus the Finder series.
Synopsis
Roma Sub Rosa is a series of mystery novels by Steven Saylor set in, and populated by noteworthy denizens of, Ancient Rome. The series is noted for its historical authenticity.
