Internals are in Fine Condition-- clean and unmarked. Colorful pictorial jacket with illustration based on cotton industry scenes. Jacket not price-clipped. This book accompanied BBC series about how a few technical innovations brought about an industrial revolution. Cotton production changed the lives of millions; British textile workers left their cottage industries and were subjected to the demands of factory and machine.
