Usa: Carlton Press, Inc.. Good+ in Good dust jacket. 1972. Hardcover. Inscribed by author on the front fly page, signed "Rich and Fred" but the handwriting matches another signed copy. Good hardcover with tight, but slightly loosening, binding and some light pencil marks on the pages. Good dust jacket with minimal wear to edges and corners of covers and spine. Two stickers are attached to the dust jacket covers, one "Autographed Copy" on the front cover and one "Used" on the back cover. Slight rubbing and light tanning to the covers and spine. Dust jacket is now protected in mylar. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 95 pages; Signed by Author .
