Cream white thick boards with rust and color illustrated dust jacket. 128 pp., 11 color, numerous bw plates. Issued in conjunction with a 1981-1983 series of exhibitions of this artwork by American artist Richard Diebenkorn (1922-1993). With an opening illustrated essay by Mark Stevens. The annotated catalogue addresses dozens of his pieces, and they are all pictured here additionally on full pages. Includes a glossary. A terrific treatment and resource on this artist. A nice copy of the uncommon hardcover edition.
