Their timeslip experience has become known as the Ghosts of the Petit Trianon. Previously out of print, this is a new edition with additional timeslip type experiences at Versailles. Lime green cloth folio (31 x 25mm) with a paste-down floral watercolor image on the cover. The slightest sign of a dampstain exists under that image, floral endpapers inside. Text in ITALIAN with many full page watercolors. The chapters headings are months of the year. This is a collection of articles written by Vita between 1947 and 1961 for the Observer.
