He writes as "an ardent supporter of real democracy, and comes to the conclusion that the proclamation of clearly defined Peace Aims by the United Nations is an imperative and immediate necessity, giving his belief that this would materially contribute to shortening the war...A number of interesting suggestions for the treatment and eventual rehabilitation of a regenerated Germany are outlined." Dust jacket in fragile condition with splits to joints and holes to spine, but holding together. Buff printed card wrappers are good with minor wear and marking. Age-toning and spotting to page edges. Contents clean with owner's signature to title page but no other inscriptions or markings. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
