Copyright 1888 -published 1889. There are very few defects as the pages are not age-tanned, there are no marks or stamps. Page six has a ½ inch closed tear at the bottom. Tight square book maybe very light wear to cover corners. Remarkable excellent condition for an 1889 publication.
