London: Ernest Benn Limited, 1924. Cover: maroon cloth on board with gilt titles. Just as few light marks and dusting of a couple of small smudges/ splashes. Head & foot of spine with thin bumping and a couple of cracks & tiny splits. Soft sunning to spine. Small bumping and light rubbing to fore corners. Soft rubbing to some of the extremeties. Moderate foxing and light dusting of a little soiling to edges. Few only faint foxing to eps. Quite clean semi-glossy content, b/w illustrations. One page with 4cm closed curve tear to bottom page margin. Binding very good. 188p Moderately heavy book.. First Edition. Hb. VG/None.
