Decorative end papers. Black dj with white lettering and color illustrations. 240 pp. with color and bw illustrations throughout. A sumptuous book, beautifully illustrated, about the Regency style in England and its affect on the building arts in America. Very detailed with a variety of kinds of illustrations from the period. Think John Soane, Thomas Hope and the stereotypical image of much of London. Wonderful reading and eye candy all in one volume!
