Gold colored silk with dark green lettering and design work embossed on spine and front board, laid-in color colonial harbor scene on front board, illustrated with ten plates, including frontispiece, 421 pp. A wonderful telling of the second term of the United State's first president, President George Washington. Bottom of spine and corners slightly rubbed, pages lightly tanned, but not brittle. Text block is clean, tight and appears gently read. A beautiful book. Very Good..
